Executive Chef Hanna Jones – Honoring 10 years of service.
For those of you who don’t know Chef Hanna is the brilliant mind behind the delicious food that is served in our Bistro. Her creativity in the kitchen has earned her the reputation of an elite chef. Guests visit from all over to dine in The Bistro and swoon over the masterpiece meals that she envisions and then creates.

What is your favorite wine?
Currently the Reserve Montepulciano but I often drink Petit Verdot or Sangiovese.
What would you choose as your last meal?
I would eat a cheeseboard with charcuterie for my last meal, warm breads are a plus.
What Childress Vineyards event do you feel like had the best food menu?
Wine Dinners are my favorite event here! I enjoy helping to create a wholesome experience for our guests by bringing food, wine and lots of laughter together. It truly makes a great time for our employees as well.
What is your favorite part about working at Childress Vineyards?
Creating meals and bringing people together is my favorite thing about food. Everyone eats, and whether it’s a celebration, conducting business or just spending time with family and friends, food brings groups together. I’m thankful to be a part of that at Childress Vineyards.
