We are happy to make contributions to support organizations that will make a difference and impact the lives of others in our community or other causes that would align with Childress Vineyards’ philanthropic vision. All applicant organizations must be a non-profit tax-exempt organization pursuant to IRS Section 501(c)(3).

ALL of the information below is REQUIRED. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Due to the increase in volume of donation requests, only requests made by submitting this form will be considered. We cannot respond to every request. If your request has been approved, we will notify you. Kindly note that we require a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice and that phone inquiries will not be accepted.
