Vineyard Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients
- 5 oz Slightly Bubbled Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz fresh watermelon purée
- Splash of fresh lime juice
- 3 mint leaves
Directions
Muddle the mint with the lime juice in a shaker. Add the watermelon purée and Slightly Bubbled Sauvignon Blanc, then gently shake. Pour into a chilled glass over ice and garnish with a fresh watermelon wedge and a sprig of mint.
