Our curated, buffet-style packages are available for groups of 15 to 100 guests and feature three distinct menu tiers to suit any occasion. Meals are delivered hot and ready with optional add-ons like warming stands, beverages, and premium presentation upgrades. Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance (48-hour express option available for select menus), and all catering is coordinated through our Private Events team to ensure seamless execution. Tier 1 – Casual Comforts

Perfect for laid-back gatherings and daytime events, Tier 1 offers simple, satisfying meals like deli-style sandwich stations, homestyle chicken, and a hearty vegetarian harvest plate—served with classic sides and fresh salads.

MOBILE CATERING DETAILS

Service Hours:
Available daily between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(After-hours delivery available with 15% surcharge)

Guest Count Requirements:
Minimum: 15 guests
Maximum: 100 guests

Order Timeline:
Standard Orders: Must be placed at least 7 days in advance
Express Orders: 48-hour notice available for Tier 1 (Deli Lunch) only, limited to groups under 40 guests, subject to chef approval

Delivery Radius:
Up to 30-minute drive from Childress Vineyards to ensure food quality and safety

Setup Options:
All meals delivered in foil pans
Wire racks with sternos and serving utensils available for an additional fee
Premium display upgrades available for weddings and elevated events (chafing dishes, linens, upscale disposables)

Dietary Accommodations:
Gluten-free and vegetarian meals available (minimum of 3 per type per order)
All accommodations must be approved by the Executive Chef or Catering Chef

Menu Customization & Substitutions:
Substitutions must remain within the same tier
Cross-tier substitutions require chef approval and will incur an upcharge
No off-menu requests accepted without written approval from the Executive Chef or Catering Chef

Beverage Add-On Options:
Sweet Tea (per person)
Bottled Water, Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite (individually priced)
Wine service available via our Off-Site Bar or Wine Tasting Packages (coordinated through our Events Team)

Weddings & Special Events:
15% surcharge applies to all wedding-related catering
$1,500 minimum spend required
Management approval required
Premium presentation packages available (e.g., metal chafers, linen tablecloths, decorative setups)

Booking & Payment:
All orders must be submitted through our Private Events Team
If booking within 7 days: Full payment is due at time of confirmation
If booking more than 7 days in advance: A 50% deposit is due at booking; remaining balance due 7 days prior to delivery
