We’re kicking off our 2021 Music in the Vineyards series with an outdoor concert featuring Jukebox Rehab. Join us on the back lawn for food, wine, beer, and a good time! Gate opens at 6pm. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Lawn chairs and blankets welcome.

Food Trucks will be onsite for grab and go bites from 6-9pm:

• Fresh Catch Seafood Shack

Must be 21 years or older. Valid ID required at check-in. No pets, outside food, or coolers. Admission will increase day-of event. Event is rain or shine. Non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Jukebox Rehab will have a video production team onsite during this event and will be recording. If you have any questions regarding the filming, please call the winery at 336-236-9463.

By purchasing a ticket or reserved table for the 5/1/21 Kickoff Concert event, you agree to the following:

I hereby grant Childress Vineyards or any onsite contracted production company permission to use my likeness in a photograph or video in any of its publication, without payment or any other consideration.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Childress Vineyards or contracted company to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photo or video for purposes of publicizing Childress Vineyards or Jukebox Rehab programs for for any other lawful purpose. I do reserve the right to inspect or approve this finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. However, I do waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Childress Vineyards, Jukebox Rehab, and other contracted companies from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I am over the age of 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before purchasing an event ticket or table and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
