1/29 Bistro Themed Dinner: Wild Game

Escape the winter blues and join us for dinner in the Bistro for a variety of fun themes and delectable dishes. Indulge in your favorite Childress dishes from our daily menu or enjoy the themed Trifecta special that evening along with wine pairings. Dinner reservations available 5:30pm – 8pm.

Daily menu prices are a la carte. Trifecta includes three courses, each paired with wine.

January 29: Wild Game Trifecta Special

• Starter: Venison & Bison Ravioli with Cellar Select Viognier
  Grated Salt Cured Egg Yolk, Caramelized Shallot Crème
• Entree: Char-Grilled Elk & Pear Sausage with Barrel Select Pinnacle
  Stone-Ground Grits, Wilted Chard, Pure Maple Syrup
• Dessert: Warm Berry Crumble with Starbound Dessert Wine
  Steel-Cut Oats

COVID-19 Regulations

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are monitoring government regulations closely. We have conferred with our local government and are doing what we believe to best for our staff and guests. We are taking every safety precaution through practicing safe social distancing, and sanitization of all areas of operation. Guests will be safely spaced out at smaller tables at our Winter Wonderland Wine Dinner and masks are required to enter any winery buildings.
