A lifelong food enthusiast with a deep appreciation for classic French cuisine, our new chef brings a passion for precision, creativity, and connection to every dish. He believes that cooking is more than just preparing food — it’s about creating meaningful experiences and bringing people together.
A fan of our 2023 Black Spanish, he’s eager to collaborate with our team to refine the Bistro experience — focusing on consistency, approachability, and a culture of pride in the craft. His philosophy? Every plate, from appetizers to entrées, deserves the same attention to detail and heart.
