We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Childress Vineyards family — our NEW Executive Chef, Shane Hamilton, whose culinary vision is as bold and inspiring as our award-winning wines.

A lifelong food enthusiast with a deep appreciation for classic French cuisine, our new chef brings a passion for precision, creativity, and connection to every dish. He believes that cooking is more than just preparing food — it’s about creating meaningful experiences and bringing people together.

A fan of our 2023 Black Spanish, he’s eager to collaborate with our team to refine the Bistro experience — focusing on consistency, approachability, and a culture of pride in the craft. His philosophy? Every plate, from appetizers to entrées, deserves the same attention to detail and heart.

When asked about his favorite dish to prepare, he shared one that blends patience, tradition, and technique — a perfect reflection of his thoughtful approach to food.
