DESCRIPTION:Escape the winter blues and join us for dinner in the Bistro for a variety of fun themes and delectable dishes. Indulge in your favorite Childress dishes from our daily menu or enjoy the themed Trifecta special that evening along with wine pairings. Dinner reservations available 5:30pm – 8pm.
Daily menu prices are a la carte. Trifecta includes three courses, each paired with wine.

Starter: Traditional Shepherd’s Pie with Barrel Select Pinnacle
Entree: House-Made Corned Beef with Barrel Select Cabernet Franc
Boiled Potatoes, Braised Cabbage
Dessert: Bailey’s Irish Cream Bread Pudding with Jewel Soft White Wine

A 48-hour cancellation notice required or fee applied. Daily menu available along with themed-Trifecta special. Wine Tastings offered in the main winery building until 5pm.
